About Viewing All Open Requisitions

To view all open requisitions in Manager Review

1. On any page in the Manager Review stage, click the Open Requisitions action button. A list of all your open requisitions appears.
2. Do one of the following:
   • To view a list of candidate resumes that need attention, click the number in the New Resumes column that corresponds to the appropriate requisition. Note that a number appears for only those requisitions with resumes still to be reviewed.

     Selecting a candidate's resume that needs attention produces a list that shows the status of the candidate's resume, the candidate's name, his or her stage in the workflow (in this case, Manager Review), phone number, and source information. Clicking the candidate's name takes you to a Candidate Summary page, which gives information on that candidate. Clicking Manager Review in the Work Flow column next to a candidate's name takes you to a Manager Review page for that candidate. Here you can look over the candidate's resume, reject the candidate or register his or her disinterest, or schedule the candidate for an interview.    • To view a list of all candidates selected for the requisition (not just those with unviewed resumes), click the number in the All Resumes column.
   • To view a requisition, click its number in the Requisition Number column. The requisition record appears.

About Viewing All Open Requisitions

As in the Requisition stage, you can also view all open requisitions in the Manager Review stage. The information you see in this stage, however, concerns only those functions pertinent to Manager Review.
