To change your password

1. In the Personic WebBench Login screen, enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields. Do not click the Login button.

2. Click the Change Password button (located below the Login button). The Change Password screen, as shown in , appears.

3. In the Password field, type your new password and press TAB.

4. In the Confirm field, type the new password again and click the Change Password button.

If you've confirmed the new password correctly (that is, if what you typed in the Password field matches what you typed in the Confirm field), the Login screen reappears with the words "Password has been changed successfully." To log on, continue with the standard log on procedure, as described previously in "To Log On to Personic WebBench." If you made any errors in entering or confirming your new password, you'll see the error screen shown in . Click the OK button to return to the Login screen, type your current user ID and password again, and click the Change Password button to return to the Change Password screen.

When Personic WebBench has been "on" for fifteen minutes with no activity, the application "times out"; that is, it logs off automatically. This security precaution prevents any unauthorized user from gaining access to your database via the unattended Personic WebBench session. If you attempt to perform any action in a "timed out" Personic WebBench session, the Timed-Out message appears, as shown in . To regain access to Personic WebBench, you must click the OK button on this screen, which will take you back to the Login screen. From here, you may then log on again and restart your session. Any changes you made will be preserved in the restarted session.
