If you're familiar with common office-type software applications, much of Personic WebBench will be familiar to you. Because it operates from within another application, however--a Web browser--starting Personic WebBench is different from what you may be used to. Also, because each hiring manager has access to only the records he or she creates, Personic WebBench protects the information in the database by passwords. For further security, Personic WebBench also locks or "times out" your Personic WebBench session after a period of inactivity.
