Called modules, these four tabs organize the database into sections you can search. The four modules and what you can do in each are
You can search the records in any module by clicking the tab for that module and then clicking a Search button on the module's Main page. Results display in a list of all entities that match the criteria. You can click text links in these lists to display names associated with the search result. For example, a list of recruiters returned contains text links to a list of managers associated with each recruiter. If an e-mail address displays, clicking on the address opens a blank e-mail message for that address.
You can search records in each module; in the Candidate module, you can also search for resumes. Searching begins the same in all four modules: click the tab for the module, then click the Search action button on the module's Main page for a Search page to enter criteria. For records, you can search on letters found in the entity's name. For resumes, you can enter search phrases, location, and date-received information.
