When you've picked the right candidate(s) for the job, the next step is to create an offer. You create an offer much as you create any other record in Personic WebBench. Because offers have Pending status until they're approved and the recruiter changes them to Open (like requisitions), the first step in creating an offer is to create an offer request (see Creating Offer Requests).
